STEP 1 - CHOOSE THE EVENT(S)

The events are listed on the site. You can choose from the displayed events, or you can use the search function. When you decide to order tickets, you must access the event in question, then the TICKETS button, after which we will show you the steps necessary to place and complete your order. Your order will be processed after you have completed all the appropriate steps.

STEP 2 - CHOOSE THE TICKETS

At this step the different price categories are shown, including the category, standing places, seats, etc. You can choose your seats directly on an interactive hall plan, when the event has an arrangement for participants on a structure of type: Sector, Rand, Place In the window you will be able to see the plan of the room. When you click on the selected area, the row and place appear. In the navigation window you can increase or decrease the size of the area, or you can have the same result using the scroll option. Now choose your places by clicking on the places marked with different colors depending on the price categories. To confirm the order, click on the desired place and it will be sent to the shopping cart. If there is no structure of type: Sector, Rand, Place, on the purchase page appear only the information related to the name of the ticket category, the price corresponding to the respective category and the selection area of ​​the number of tickets. You can select the desired number of tickets (there is a possibility that at the event there is a maximum limit of tickets that can be ordered by a customer and this limitation is imposed by the organizers) then go further using the "Order now" button.

You will need to fill in the customer data. Attention, filling in these fields is mandatory.

STEP (3.) 2 - PAYMENT INFORMATION

Below the personal data fields, you will be able to see the available payment methods. Choose the "Payment by card" method, or another method if available, by clicking on it. The symbol on the left, next to the chosen method.

STEP (3.) 3 - DELIVERY INFORMATION

The delivery method is E-Ticket, on the e-mail address and in the customer's account. The delivery method may vary depending on the selected show and the time remaining until the date of the event.

STEP (3.) 4 - ORDER CONFIRMATION

At the bottom of the order page appears the complete contents of your order, including the value of the tickets. Please check this data carefully. To complete the order, click on the "Pay now" button. If there is missing data, inappropriate combinations of payment methods or you did not check an option, you will see an error message describing the reasons why the order could not be completed. Correct these errors and press the "Pay Now" button again. With this step the order will be registered. If you have chosen payment by card, you will be redirected to the Stripe - Online Payment payment page. You will receive a message informing you that your order has been successfully registered. In the following minutes you will receive by email the order confirmation, the invoice and your E-ticket, which must be listed to have access to the event.
